The Hotel offers two conference rooms, The Terrace Room and The Courtyard Room.

The Terrace Room is situated on the ground floor with easy access to our beautiful garden and at 7.25x6.50metres can comfortably accommodate 25 people for a board room style meeting or up to 40 for theatre style. We can also set tables in a U shape or in groups for classroom type meetings.

The room is well supplied with power points, has its own hot or cold air blowers and we have flip charts stands, OHP and screen and TV and video. If other rooms are required for group work delegates are welcome to use the library or drawing room. We have a small service kitchen near the conference room where we can organise a constant supply of tea and coffee, and the meeting room and service kitchen both have direct dial telephones. We can organise typing, photocopying, faxing or sending e-mail messages if required.

The Courtyard Room is a former library and is ideal for boardroom style meetings for up to 16 people. Again, if other rooms are required for group work delegates are welcome to use the library or drawing room.

Both 24 hour and day delegate rates are available for both The Terrace Room and Courtyard Room as are room only hire charges.
